Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday–Friday. Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be provided via email.

All shipments are sent with tracked and insured shipping through USPS (United States) or Canada Post (Canada), where available. If a destination cannot be insured by the shipping carrier, we will contact you before your order is shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

This product follows a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• With all original packaging and tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions or are requested after the 14-day notification period may not be accepted.

Eligible claims submitted within this timeframe may qualify for a replacement or refund as determined by our supplier.
